摘要:
冷热电联供系统具有以冷定电、以热定电和以电定热等多种运行模式,但为满足冷/热/电的单一供应需求而常导致一次能源消耗量过高。为此,本文提出了一种冷热电联供系统的光伏容量优化配置方法。首先,分别建立了光伏出力模型和冷热电联供系统模型;其次,构造了以光伏改造经济收益最大和用户满意度最高为目标的多目标优化模型;再次,针对常规粒子群算法无法有效解决多目标函数的问题,引入小生境机制,提出了改进的小生境粒子群算法。基于专家模糊理想权重,利用模糊理想决策方法对所得到的非劣解集进行决策。最后,实际算例表明,所提的光伏容量优化配置方具有良好的可行性,有良好的经济收益的同时可以提高用户满意度。
Abstract:
The combined cooling,heating and power (CCHP) system has multiple operating modes including “ordering power by cooling”,“ordering power by heat” and “ordering heat by power”.However,the primary energy consumption is too high when it meets the single supply demand of cold/heat/electricity.Then, a design to optimize the photovoltaic capacity configuration in the CCHP system is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the photovoltaic output models and CCHP system models are established respectively.Secondly,the multi-objective optimization problem is formulated by maximizing the economic benefit and user satisfaction.Conventionally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm cannot solve the multiobjective function effectively.An improved niche particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed by using the niche mechanism in this paper.Based on the expert fuzzy ideal weight,the fuzzy ideal decision method is applied to make the decision of the non-inferior solution set.The example shows that the proposed the photovoltaic capacity configuration method is feasible and it has good economic benefits and can improve user satisfaction.
