摘要:
金属塑性成形是基于金属学与塑性力学的学科,变形金属内部应力场的计算是金属塑性成形的基础分析之一。介绍和分析了塑性力学中现有计算应力场方法的特点。借助数学的泛函变分理论,给出了刚塑性材料第二变分原理证明的一种新方法,这种证明方法更能体现刚塑性材料第二变分原理的力学意义。新方法也示范了利用该定理求解的过程,克服了现有定理证明方法的不足。利用刚塑性材料的第二变分原理,计算并得到接触面存在摩擦条件时的平面镦粗应力场,结果分析表明得到的应力场是正确的,进一步完善了现有文献应力场解析结果的不足。
Abstract:
Metal plastic forming is a subject based on metal science and plastic mechanics. The calculation of internal stress field of deformed metal is one of the basic analysis of metal plastic forming. The characteristics of the existing stress field calculation methods in plastic mechanics are introduced and analyzed in this paper. Using mathematical functional variational theory, a new method proved by the second variational principle of rigid plastic material is provided in this paper.The mechanical significance of the second variational principle of rigid plastic material is showed. The process of solving with this theorem is demonstrated in the new method. The shortcomings of the existing theorem proving method are overcame. The second variational principle of the rigid plastic material is used to calculate the stress field of the plane upset under the friction condition of the contact surface. The results of study show that the obtained stress field is correct and the shortcomings of the analytical results of stress field in the existing literature are further improved.
