摘要:
研究了含锆50%以上锆钛二元合金的力学和耐腐蚀性能,并用X射线衍射技术、扫描电子显微技术、力学性能试验、全浸腐蚀失重试验和电化学极化曲线测量技术对其进行表征。结果表明,Zr含量为70%~80%的合金表现出了良好的综合力学性能;合金在5 mol/L HCl溶液中的自腐蚀电流随Zr含量增高而下降,含Zr60%以上的合金表现了很强的耐蚀性。Zr70和Zr80合金实现了良好的综合力学性能和优异耐蚀性的组合。
Abstract:
Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of rich Zr Zr-Ti binary alloys were studied.The alloys were characterized using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy techniques,Vickers hardness tests,uniaxial tensile tests,weight loss and electrochemical measurements in 5 mol/L HCl solution.Results showed that alloys with 70%~80% Zr exhibit excellent mechanical properties and alloys with more than 60% Zr exhibit excellent corrosion resistance.Alloys Zr70 and Zr80 successfully realize a combination of excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
