摘要:
针对驱动风机负载的大功率电机无级调速困难、变频器价格昂贵、低速段效率低等问题,提出了一种基于行星差动传动原理的大功率风机无级调速节能动力系统。以节能为目标,给出了无级调速动力装置的优化设计方法,建立了大功率电机与变频调速电机的匹配关系。基于相似性原理研制了调速系统模型样机,并进行了调速和节能性能试验。结果表明:提出的无级调速动力装置能很好的实现无级调速功能,且相比于单独变频电机拖动,在调速范围内具有显著的节能优势。
Abstract:
Based on the problems of wind turbines driven by high-power motor with respect to stepless speed regulation difficulties, high price of inverters and low efficiency at a low speed, an new energy-saving device with stepless speed regulation for high-power wind turbines was designed in this paper,which was based on the principle of planetary differential transmission. In order to achieve energy-saving, an optimal design method of the stepless speed regulation device was analyzed, and the matching relationships between high-power motor and variable frequency speed regulating motor was discussed. According to the similarity principle, an experiment platform with speed regulation system was developed and carry out the speed control and energy-saving performance tests. The experimental results show that the proposed stepless speed regulation power device can realize the stepless speed regulation function well and it has a significant advantage in energy-saving over a single inverter driven motor in the specific speed range.
