摘要:
针对以往连续退火过程中张力制度设定目标不全面,无法同时考虑带材跑偏、热瓢曲、板形及拉窄等问题,经过大量的现场试验与理论研究,充分结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,在首次提出了一个带钢稳定通板综合控制指标的基础上,以保证带材连退过程中的通板稳定性最佳作为控制目标,将带材在各工艺段内不出现跑偏、热瓢曲等问题作为约束条件,同时兼顾带材板形及拉窄问题,建立了一套适用于连退过程的张力综合优化设定技术,开发出了相应的冷轧带钢连退过程张力综合优化设定软件,实现了连退过程各工艺段内张力参数的综合优化设定,并将其推广应用到生产实践,取得了良好的使用效果,创造了较大的经济效益,具有进一步推广应用的价值。
Abstract:
The previous tension optimization setting technology is not comprehensive under the condition without considering strip deviation, buckling, flatness and narrowing at the same time. In order to solve this problem,the mechanical and technological characteristics of a continuous annealing unit are fully combined together to present a comprehensive control index which can characterize the stability of a travelling strip. Meanwhile, strip deviation, buckling, flatness and narrowing are considered as constraint. After that, a comprehensive optimization technique for the tension of continuous annealing process is presented, and the related theory is applied to production. In addition, a tension comprehensive optimization setting software of cold rolled strip during continuous annealing is developed, and the integrated optimization of tension parameters in all processes of continuous annealing is realized. It is proved by the results of study that a great economic benefits for the field has been created by using this software.
