摘要:
目前风电机组故障诊断主要是现场对机组数据进行采集,再通过人机交互的方式对数据进行离线处理和分析,评估机组的状态。由于机组数量多,传动系统结构复杂,测点多,数据分析任务重,状态报告往往滞后,容易故障漏报。本文提出了一种基于DSP的风电机组齿轮箱故障在线自动识别的方法,根据齿轮箱振动特性原理,采用阶比分析与幅值调制算法,求取相应的幅值调制比率,对幅值调制比率进行分析,判别故障状态。以数字信号处理器TMS320C6748为实现平台,针对齿轮箱不同工况下采集的定速与变速振动加速度信号的自动处理,验证故障在线自动识别的准确性和可靠性,人机交互界面可以直观显示齿轮箱运行状态。齿轮箱状态在线识别对于降低风电机组运维费用、提高效率具有重要的意义。
Abstract:
At present,the fault diagnosis of wind turbine is mainly realized off-line with serious human intervention after the vibration signals collection.The fault is easy missed as the status reports is often lagged for usually hundreds wind turbines,several monitoring points,the complexity of the transmission system and so on.In this paper,an online automatic fault identification method of the wind turbine gearbox based on DSP is proposed.An amplitude modulation ratio is defined to reflect the condition of the gearbox based on the principle of vibration characteristics after the order analysis.The digital signal processor TMS320C6748 is used as the realization platform to verify the accuracy and reliability of the online fault automatic identification based on the fixed speed,variable speed,and different loading running conditions.The man-machine interaction interface can visually display the gearbox running status.The on-line identification of gearbox status is of great significance to improve efficiency of the wind turbines and reduce the operation and maintenance costs simultaneously.
