摘要:
光热治疗和光动力疗法是治疗癌症的两种方法,在治疗过程中需要光热剂和光敏剂材料的辅助。纳米材料因比表面积大、颗粒直径小、机械灵活性和优异耐光性等特点被作为光热剂或光敏剂材料广泛应用于癌症治疗。光热剂/光敏剂材料的研究热点主要包括金纳米棒,多重孪晶纳米金,上转换纳米颗粒,纳米二氧化硅等。本文详细介绍了不同光热剂/光敏剂材料的合成状况以及在光热治疗和光动力疗法的应用进展。
Abstract:
Photothermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) are two methods for cancer treatments,which need the aid of photothermal agent (PT) and photosensitizer (PS).Due to the large specific surface area,small particle diameter,mechanical flexibility,and excellent light resistance,nanomaterials have been widely applied in the treatment of cancer as PT or PS.The research focus in PT and PS mainly include gold nanorods,multiple twin gold nanoparticles,upconversion nanoparticles,nano silica,etc.The syntheses of different nanomaterials of PS/PT,and the application development in PDT and PTT is reviewed.
